There is a large amount of people that want to get in the gym, but worry that they do not have the right plan to follow. I have always followed the quote “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. You have to have the right plan so that if you follow it you will not be wasting your time. We will be discussing a workout schedule for building muscle so you can use it and get the body you have always wanted. When following this program I recommend you do three exercises of your choosing for each body part.

It’s a great idea to use a supplement drink, or shake, directly after the workout. Supplying protein to the muscles at this time helps aid in recuperation and makes muscles stronger. The method we are using is something called super setting. This is where you take two opposing muscles and do exercises back and forth allowing you to get the biggest pump. Obviously we are going to focus on the biceps and triceps because we want to learn to build arm muscles. Keep the routines to 3 sets of each exercise and 8 to 10 reps. Also do them in the exact order that I have placed here. If you not know how to do the exercises then you can look them up online very easily.

The muscle building process is completely individual. There are literally thousands of ways to go about making it happen. What I’ve noticed over the years is that long term muscle building success is typically a function of someone having access to the right bodybuilding information and the right time, in a format that they can identify with. You have to read and re-read each and every line in your chosen bodybuilding program until you completely understand what you need to be doing to build muscle mass. And you need to believe that your program will actually lead you towards your goals.
